Our Remote support program allows us to connect to your PC, take control of your mouse and keyboard and work on your computer as if we are onsite. The program is less than 230 KB and does not install any software on your computer. Once we are finished and disconnect from your computer, no software is left on your system

 

This service requires a working broadband connection.

 

You must phone prior to connection to arrange for a remote support session.
